8. Warranty

All products purchased on our site are covered by a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. This warranty is in addition to the mandatory consumer rights provided by law in your country.

To open a support request, send an email to our customer service with:

• the proof of purchase;
• photos clearly showing the problem encountered.

9. Immediate Replacement Warranty (36 months)

We offer, as an optional service, an immediate product replacement for a period of 36 months from the purchase date, under the following conditions:

• The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects or abnormal malfunctions found during normal use of the product.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.
• The proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided for any replacement request.
• Are excluded from coverage: damages caused by improper use, drops, impacts, contact with water, or any use not in accordance with the user manual.
• Only one replacement request per order is allowed.
• The replacement will be made with an identical or equivalent product (based on stock availability).
• In case of prolonged product unavailability, an equivalent credit may be offered to use in the store instead of a replacement.

10. Intellectual Property

Content, trademarks, logos, texts, and images on the site are our property or licensed and are protected by intellectual property laws. Use without authorization is not allowed.

11. Third-Party Content and Links

The site may contain links to third-party services or sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such parties.
